Partnership for Children

All activities take around ten minutes and cover the themes of feelings, staying connected, dealing with change, dealing with worries and relaxing. Example activities include a feelings diary, coping toolbox, relaxation activities set, transition circles, ways to feel better idea sheet, and much more.
