Description
What stakeholders will take away
By the end of this session, stakeholders will:
- Understand what has made Aspen & HOPE effective over 20 years
Key principles, ways of working, and conditions that supported positive outcomes for children and families. - Hear frontline mentor learning from the final HOPE reflection morning
Grounded insights drawn directly from practice, not theory. - Identify what must be protected and carried forward in schools
Values, approaches, and relational practices that should survive beyond the HOPE project. - Leave with clear, practical next steps for their own school or setting
How learning from HOPE can inform pastoral support, mental health approaches, and staff practice locally.
This session focuses on learning and legacy — not replicating HOPE, but applying what we now know works.
Venue: Davy Room, Lea Hall Miners Welfare, Rugeley WS15 2LB
